2024 Series Overview
The 2024 Illinois Roundnet Series will feature 6 tournaments across the state. We are excited to be partnering with multiple national organizations for some of our tournaments. We will also be running our 2nd state championship to conclude the series. These events are meant to be for players of all experience levels. Our goal for the series is to offer fun events for all participants and promote the sport of roundnet throughout the state of Illinois.
Equipment
We are excited to be making the switch to Premier Spike as the official roundnet equipment supplier of our tournament series. Premier Spike sets are significantly more sturdy which means far less adjusting the net after serves and hits. They are also far less likely to have any rims break. We will still use Spikeball pro balls for this season to avoid too big of a change. They will be used at 4 of the events in our series. These 4 are labeled with the Premier Spike logo on the series graphic. The other 2 events will use Spikeball pro sets as the respective national series they’re apart of is sponsored by Spikeball

Team Illinois
The best Illinois based players will have the opportunity to qualify for Team Illinois during the tournament series. Team Illinois serves as an “elite” group that can earn exclusive merch and other perks. The tournaments in our series are where players can earn points towards the Team Illinois standings. The 10 men’s players and 2 women’s players who finish with the highest point totals will make Team Illinois. Points will be rewarded based on a player’s finish in the top designated division(s) at an event.
